What is the ultimate goal?

"I initially started aThoke Lay pop-up series out of curiosity and desire to reconnect with my cultural roots as I relocated to the US at a young age. Now, after leading a year of several sold out events, it has broadened new opportunities and direction. The ultimate goal would be to build up to an established take-out kitchen."
